We are hiring – SALES MANAGER

Shamballa Jewels is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to support the development of existing and new markets. Contributing with your sales expertise in high-end products, this position represents a distinctive chance for you to play a pivotal role in a well-established luxury brand.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, Mads, your responsibility will be to enhance the brand recognition and sales of Shamballa Jewels in the growing Retailer network.

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Manager include:

- Market Analysis: You conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand the customer base, potential competitors, and potential opportunities in existing and new markets

- Strategic Planning: You develop strategies to introduce Shamballa Jewels’ products effectively

- Business Development: You identify and establish partnerships with key retail partners, distributors, or collaborators to strengthen Shamballa Jewels’ presence in all markets

- Customer Relations: You build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to ensure long-term loyalty

- Sales Channel Development: You will conduct sales trainings and development of key staff with our retail partners

- Reporting: You report on sales results, market developments, and other relevant parameters to the Sales Director regularly

Furthermore, you stay on top of changes in the market that may impact sales and business development, and you will adjust sales strategies based on this ongoing evaluation of market response and competitive dynamics.

The position is based in Denmark, but you should expect approx. 100 days of travel a year.

Experienced Sales Professional with a strategic mindset
You have at least 5 years of experience with retail, wholesale, or consignment, within the luxury industry. To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you possess a deep understanding of a buyer's perspective and leverage this insight to drive effective sales strategies. If you have experience from one or more countries globally, it is considered an advantage. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Outgoing candidate with strong interpersonal skills
As a person you are outgoing and energetic as well as you have strong communication skills, which makes it easy for you to establish contact with potential partners. You excel in building and maintaining relationships with distributors to ensure long-term partnerships. Furthermore, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate skills in planning and execution. With your proactive "hunter" mentality, you set and achieve clear goals as well as your strategic way of thinking ensures that Shamballa Jewels remains top-of-mind for potential partners.
